It means that every piece of electric heat pipe welding on a fastener, Then the flange cover will be locked by nuts. Pipe is welded to fastener by argon arc , it will never leak. Fasteners seal uses the scientific process. The replacement of single piece  is extremely convenient, which greatly save the maintenance cost.
