Flange Type of
Electric heat tube is welded by several heating tube on the flange , and they will heat centrally, Mainly used in open and closed heating solution tank and circulation system. It has the following advantages: the surface power is big, make air heating surface load of 2 ~ 4 times.
Flange type electric heating tube is intensive and compact structure. Due to the short length and intensive, therefore, it has good stability, and it can be installed without bracket. Combined elements mostly adopts argon arc welding way which makes the flange connected to the element tube, it can also can use the form of a fastening device. It means that every piece of electric heat pipe welding on a fastener, Then the flange cover will be locked by nuts. Pipe is welded to fastener by argon arc , it will never leak. Fasteners seal uses the scientific process. The replacement of single piece is extremely convenient, which greatly save the maintenance cost.
