In use process of heaitng elements ,it will inevitably appear all kinds of rare problem, as a rare and widely used electric heating components, the leakage of electric heating tube is one of them. Leakage not only affect the service life of electric heating elements, but also have the safety hidden trouble, so users should cause enough attention.
The analysis of the causes of the leakage
1. The leakage of heating elements which is caused by internal resistance wirie and so on. The own problem of itself: such as the problem of insulation material of the electric heating tube which cause the leakage.

Leakage prevention measures:
1. The device should connect to ground wire or other leakage maintenance device (leakage automatic switch)
2. Use the heating elements in correct way, and keep insulation parts dry
3.If problem found, user should replace a new electric heating elements, and do detection of heating elements on a regular basis.
